Boutique Josyben currently ships orders throughout Canada.

• Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $150 CAD or more before taxes.

• For orders under $150 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, peak shopping periods, and carrier delays.

• An insured shipping option with additional coverage is available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Boutique Josyben is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when the optional shipping insurance has not been selected by the customer.

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Boutique Josyben cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.
