RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Boutique Josyben, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and satisfying. If an item does not meet your expectations, we accept exchange or store credit requests under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

• No refunds will be issued. Store credit will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Store credit will be issued only after the returned package has been received and inspected by our team.

• Sale items, jewelry, personal accessories, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
